Gingerbread Cookies

Jordyn wanted to make a gingerbread house, we did, and then made cookies with the remaining dough.  The cookies were great, the house was too, until I tried to put the roof on.  The whole thing fell over, oh well, better luck next time.  We still ate most of it though :-)
Then the latest challenge on Stuck on U Sketches came up, and with the challenge being " what are you baking for the holidays?" these were the ideal photos to scrap.
The die cuts were only out of paper so I matted some of them to make them pop!
